A pair of Chelsea stars have taken to social media on Thursday evening, to drop respective hints regarding their availability to face Everton.

Toffees test

The Blues, of course, are set to return to action in short order.

On the back of a shaky spell of form of late, which saw them require a last-gasp spot-kick to get the better of relegation-battling Leeds United last time out, Thomas Tuchel’s men will welcome the aforementioned Everton to Stamford Bridge.

All associated with Chelsea, though, will likely be confident in their side’s chances of making it two wins from two on Thursday.

This comes with their upcoming opponents in the midst of one of the worst spells of form in the Premier League, boasting just a solitary three-point haul since late September.

Jorginho & Silva to feature?

Chelsea’s hopes of reducing the gap at the Premier League’s summit back to just two points, however, were of course thrown into disarray over the last couple of days.

This came on the back of confirmation that Mateo Kovacic had been joined in seeing out a spell in self isolation by a further trio of Blues stars, owing to positive tests for Covid-19.

The identity of all three had hitherto remained unclear, but, if the latest social media activity on the part of two members of the club’s playing squad is anything to go by, then they, at the very least, appear to be in the clear.

The stars in question? Jorginho and Thiago Silva.

Taking to their respective Instagram accounts this evening, both the midfielder and defender posted pre-match graphics featuring themselves, intimating that they will be at the disposal of boss Tuchel at Stamford Bridge.
