Tottenham host West Ham with Semi-final place at stake

Tottenham Hotspur take on West Ham in the quarter-final of the Carabao Cup, with a place in the semi-finals at stake at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium.

Both sides named strong sides, with just Antonio and Heung Min-Son missing from the respective full strength line-ups.

And while the game has been bright, it remains goalless, with chances at both ends.

It is the Tottenham faithful that have been the far more critical set of fans, however.

Bergwijn feels fans wrath, and adoration, in rollercoaster 45 minutes.

Now, some Spurs fans have taken to Twitter to voice their frustrations with one player in particular, fringe option Steven Bergwijn, in the opening minutes.

The Dutchman has started in place of Son, and it is safe to say that he has failed to impress the Spurs fans, as can be seen below.

However, 20 minutes later, that opinion had completely changed, with Bergwijn registering both a goal and an assist against the Hammers.

Will he continue to impress?
