A fresh insight into the situation of transfer-linked Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Tanguy Ndombele has been forthcoming late on Sunday.

The subject of French international Ndombele’s future has of course come back to the fore once more over the course of the last 72 hours.

This comes on the back of widespread confirmation that Ligue 1 heavyweights Paris Saint-Germain have set their sights on the 25-year-old, out-of-favour under yet another manager in north London at present.

And, if the latest word stemming from the media this evening is anything to go by, then those in a position of power at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium already appear to be prepping for Ndombele’s exit.

This comes amid confirmation on the part of transfer insider Fabrizio Romano that Spurs are considering a move for Fiorentina star Sofyan Amrabat:

Interestingly, news of Spurs’ interest in Amrabat comes on the same night that PSG boss Mauricio Pochettino was drawn on the subject of his side’s rumoured Ndombele swoop.

The Argentine, though, was keen to keep his cards close to his chest, in explaining: ”I’m not talking about Ndombele because he’s not in our club.

”PSG are open to progress, to improve.

”I think everything is open, one week left.”

Alli another tipped to move on

Ndombele could yet be just one of several members of Antonio Conte’s ranks in the middle of the park to secure a Tottenham departure before the winter transfer window slams shut in a little over a week’s time.

This comes with confirmation having been provided by Goal on Sunday that the Lilywhites are also open to the sales of both Dele Alli and Giovani Lo Celso.

The two attack-minded midfielders were omitted from Spurs’ matchday squad to face Chelsea earlier today, with it having since come to light that neither feature prominently in the plans of their manager moving forward.
