A very concerning stat regarding Leicester City’s defensive record this season has emerged on Sunday.

The Foxes are currently locked in FA Cup action with Championship outfit Nottingham Forest, who knocked Arsenal out in the 3rd round last month.

And, at the time of writing, Forest are on course to take another Premier League scalp on Sunday.

Forrest would take the lead in the game after 23 minutes via Philip Zinckernagel. They would then double their lead straight after scoring the opener through Brennan Johnson:

To the surprise of pretty much everyone watching, Forest were then able to add a 3rd of the day with only 32 minutes on the clock – all but confirming Leicester are set for an FA Cup exit this weekend.

Now, after Forest had scored their first two of the day, a rather concerning Leicester stat emerged

As per Opta, who published the stat after the 2nd goal, Leicester City have conceded 56 times (now 57) in all competitions this season, at least eight more than any other Premier League side this season.

For comparison, Norwich have conceded the second most with 48.

And whilst Leicester have played more games than Norwich this term, it is still an awful look for Brendan Rodgers and co.
