Jurgen Klopp would hold his latest pre-match press conference on Friday morning.

Liverpool will face off with Burnley at Turf Moor at 2 pm UK time on Sunday.

The Liverpool boss would discuss a number of topics in his presser, including team news.

And Liverpool have been handed some good news, with both Sadio Mane and Jordan Henderson expected to be back to face Burnley: “Sadio is available – he will come back to training this morning. Emotionally, he will probably be high-flying, but physically we’ll see. Hendo will definitely be back. He will play on Sunday if nothing happens.”

In the same presser, Klopp was also full of praise for Luis Diaz after his first start for Liverpool came vs Leicester on Thursday: “It was probably one of the best games I’ve seen from a new player, but it was only his first game.”

Burnley vs Liverpool

Liverpool head into the Burnley clash still looking to make up ground on league leaders, Manchester City.

The Reds are currently nine points behind Manchester City, but that gap would be reduced to six points if Liverpool win their game in hand.

Liverpool have won three of their last five league matches, with a shock 1-0 loss to Leicester back in December seeing them dealt just their second defeat of the season in all competitions.

As for Burnley, they have won just one league game all campaign and are currently bottom of the English top-flight with 14 points from 20 games.

As a result, an easy win for Liverpool does seem very likely.
