After what was a pretty awful first half of 2021/22, FC Barcelona failed to finish in the top two places of their Champions League group.

Instead, La Blaugrana would finish 3^rd and are now set to play out the rest of their 2021/22 European campaign in the Europa League.

Barca’s first outing in the competition this season will see them taken on Serie A powerhouse Napoli in the Round of 32.

The first leg between the pair kicks off at 5:45 pm UK time on Thursday at the Camp Nou, with the return leg in Italy a week later.

But with Barcelona having spent much of the 21^st century plying their trade in the Champions League, some fans may not be too familiar with their record in Europe’s secondary club competition.
