Liverpool talisman Mohamed Salah has, on Saturday afternoon, etched his name ever further into the storied history books of the Merseyside giants.
This comes owing to the Egyptian’s latest goal.
After finding the net during the Reds’ Premier League meeting with Norwich City, Salah took his tally for Liverpool to a head-turning 150 goals across all competitions.
This makes the former Chelsea star just the 10th player to ever reach such a milestone in the colours of the Anfield powerhouse.
Not only that, but, at 233 appearances, Salah has done so in fewer outings than all but one Liverpool star, in the form of club icon Roger Hunt, beating out legends Ian Rush, Robbie Fowler and more.

Individual milestones aside, though, Salah’s latest Liverpool goal also proved crucial in guiding the club towards their latest 3-point haul this afternoon.
Jurgen Klopp’s men, amid their ongoing efforts to hunt down Manchester City at the Premier League’s summit, actually fell behind to Norwich, when Milot Rashica found the net for the Canaries early in the 2nd-half of action.
The hosts, though, soon came roaring back in trademark fashion, first levelling things up courtesy of Sadio Mane, before Salah notched for the 2nd time in the space of three days, to put Liverpool back in control.

And such efforts have since been followed by the 3rd member of Liverpool’s attacking trident, January addition Luis Diaz, putting the game to bed courtesy of his first goal for the club ten minutes from time.
