Tottenham chief Fabio Paratici has recently been discussing the club’s project and their latest signings.

It has been a mixed 2021/22 for Tottenham that is once again set to see their wait for a trophy continue.

Elsewhere, Tottenham are still in the race for the top-four, but poor results earlier in the year have put Antonio Conte’s side on the back foot.

At the moment though, things are looking up for a Spurs side who have won four of their last five league ties.

This is something Paratici agreed with when discussing the club project in a recent interview:

“We are in a much better position than we were 4 or 5 months ago,” he said.

“Two months ago everyone of us was pessimistic. At the moment it’s the opposite.

“Our project is to rebuild the club, rebuild the team, be competitive in the long-term and be competitive every season.”

Spurs’ managing director would also discuss the club’s latest signings.

Tottenham brought in Dejan Kulusevski and Rodrigo Bentancur during the winter window, with both players, especially the former, impressing since their switch to north London.

And when speaking about the pair this week, Paratici stated: “We knew that the character, mentality and style of these players would be right for us.”
