West Ham United boss David Moyes has, on Friday, provided an update on the fitness of both Jarrod Bowen and Vladimir Coufal.
The Irons, of course, are set to mark their post-international break return to action this weekend.
Amid the club’s ongoing push for European football, West Ham will welcome relegation-battling Everton to the London Stadium on Sunday afternoon, for a Premier League showdown.
Ahead of the clash, Moyes and co. had been left to sweat over the wellbeing of a number of key performers, namely the aforementioned Bowen and Coufal, both of whom have spent time on the treatment table of late, owing to respective injury problems.
But, in a boost for all associated with the Hammers, it has today been revealed that a ‘chance’ remains that both players will go on to play at least some part in proceedings on Sunday.
Speaking in a press conference this afternoon, David Moyes confirmed that:

“There’s a chance that both of them could make it this weekend. They’ve both done a bit of training over the break. I’m not quite sure both of them are actually ready and match-fit again, so that’s my only concern.”

Lanzini latest
Another member of Moyes’ ranks whom it is understood the club are hopeful will too be available to face Everton comes in the form of Manuel Lanzini.
For those not aware, Argentine international Lanzini was at the heart of a frightening ordeal on Friday, when a car he was present in flipped onto its side along the A12.
Thankfully, the midfielder is understood to have emerged from the incident unscathed, and is therefore expected to be at the disposal of his manager in 48 hours’ time.
