Liverpool look to have wrapped up their second transfer ahead of the summer window.
The first of course being the signing of Fulham’s Fabio Carvalho. The Portuguese is the latest bright young talent to emerge from Fulham over the last few years and, like they did with Harvey Elliott, Liverpool look set to pounce.
A deal for Carvalho, who has scored seven and assisted seven in 29 Championship outings this term, collapsed on deadline day back in January due to paperwork issues:
Fabio Carvalho deal has collapsed. Medical done in Liverpool but paperworks were not fully signed before the Deadline. Clubs had full agreement but they knew they where in a ‘race against time’ ??? #LFC

However, reports earlier this month suggest a deal is now in place between Liverpool and Fulham for the transfer of Carvalho:
Excl: Fabio Carvalho to Liverpool, here we go. Done deal. Medical already completed with Fulham permission. 5 million fee plus 2.7m add ons, sell-on clause included. Contract until 2027. ??? #LFC
NO plan to loan him back. Announcement in May.

Liverpool to sign Celtic youngster
Now, as per Football Insider, Liverpool are set to add the signing of Celtic teenager Ben Doak to the capture of Fulham playmaker Fabio Carvalho.
It is added that a source told Football Insider that an agreement with winger Doak is nearly in place and the paperwork is set to be completed soon.
Doak has so far made two senior appearances totalling 25 minutes of action.
