Thomas Partey will be among the players omitted when Arsenal leave for a pre-season tour to the United States on Wednesday, The Times have reported.
Partey is expected to continue training in London alongside several of his Arsenal teammates, including Bernd Leno and Folarin Balogun.
It is added that the midfielder did not travel to Germany for the 5-3 win over Nurnberg this past Friday, having played 45 minutes in the 5-1 win over Ipswich Town on his return after a thigh injury sustained in April.

Arsenal’s pre-season tour
Arsenal’s pre-season tour of the US will kick off vs Everton on Sunday in Baltimore, Maryland.
The Gunners then face Orlando City four days later and Chelsea a week on Saturday, with both games being played in Orlando, Florida.
Why are Leno & Balogun not going to the US?
The Times report that Leno is closing in on a £10m move to Fulham after being offered a three-year contract to be the west London club’s first-choice goalkeeper.
As for Balogun, he is likely to leave Arsenal on loan and is expected to stay in London to negotiate a move.
