In Libya, political strife combined with blocked roads are holding up getting help to the East of the country in the wake of one of it’s most deadly environmental disasters.. More than 5,300 people have been killed and around 10, 000 are missing after devastating flooding but rescue operation have struggled to make it to where they’re needed most.
