Cristiano Ronaldo has come in for heavy criticism during Manchester United’s clash with Leeds.
Manchester United are currently locked in Premier League action with Leeds United.
Man United headed into the game knowing that they needed to win to keep the pressure on Arsenal and Tottenham as the race for the top-four heats up.
And, at the time of writing, Manchester United are on course to pick up the three points.
The first 45 was a pretty scrappy affair, but Manchester United are leading after Harry Maguire headed in from a corner after 33 minutes.
Cristiano Ronaldo targeted
Despite Manchester United leading though, one of their players has come in for heavy criticism online in the first half.
That man is Cristiano Ronaldo. The Portuguese did recently end his goal drought, but his form has certainly not been the best of late.
And after missing a tap-in following a well-worked pass from Paul Pogba, Ronaldo has been labelled as ‘finished’ by countless fans on social media, with just some of the reaction shown below:
