Manchester United appear to be closing in on their second signing of the summer transfer window.
The Red Devils have already signed Tyrell Marcia as back-up/competition for Luke Shaw.
They have also been heavily linked with FC Barcelona midfielder Frenkie de Jong throughout the course of the window.
Now, though, it appears as though the Manchester powerhouse are set to bring in a new goalkeeper this summer.
The player in question is Thomas Strakosha, who is currently a free agent after his contract with Lazio expired at the end of June.
All told, Strakosha featured on 208 occasions for Lazio, managing 62 clean sheets. 31 of those outings came last term, including eight in the Europa League.

The signing of Strakosha should not come as too much of a surprise, as Manchester United have already let their previous backup goalkeeper, Dean Henderson, head out on loan to newly-promoted Nottingham Forest for the 2022/23 campaign.
